One of my favorite spots in Wilmington! The food is amazing (get the Shrimp Mac and Cheese!). Staff is friendly and has always provided me good service. Did I mention great beers? I always bring out-of-town family and friends here. Be prepared for a wait if you’re going for Sunday brunch during peak times, but the $2 mimosas and live music make it pretty painless.
I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and the limited menu. The Parmesan french fries were coated with olive oil to the point of being inedible and without exaggeration, had at least 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil sitting in the bottom of the serving bowl. The waitstaff was inattentive and got both orders wrong. The beef for the French dip sandwich had been charred and was dry. The Swiss cheese and garlic onion cheese both tasted as if they were not fresh. If you are looking just to stop in for a beer, they do carry a wide variety and the staff is very knowledgeable. I don’t recommend eating there.
