I love the corn on the cob here! Best corn I’ve ever had! Only bad thing is that once I found some bones in my fish taco, and when I said something about it the waitress only apologized and didn’t comp the food or do anything about it. So whatever. Still eat there often! Very nice atmosphere and the staff is always nice and on time with refills and everything!
Small portions & overpriced. A regular drunk (iced tea, soda) $2.50 and two small tacos (yes, just the tacos) $10.00. Sadly, your money can be better spent in any of the other Mexican places in town… oh, yeah, they have good salsa.

Worst restaurant experience ever. I was truly shocked at how terrible the service is at Las Olas. We came at the tail-end of the dinner rush, so for most of the time we were there the restaurant was not busy at all. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to come to our table once we were seated. After we ordered our food (which is overpriced) we didn’t see our waitress or our drinks until after the food was brought out over 30 minutes later. My tacos came out cold. We politely and mildly expressed our displeasure when the waitress asked how our food was. After this she did not return to the table for the rest of the night. The entire wait staff spent most of the evening huddled around the window to the kitchen socializing. When the manager made his rounds and asked about our experience we were respectful but honest. He offered no reply, and instead just walked away. Las Olas: mediocre food, unrealistic prices, atrocious service and no accountability from the staff or management. Don’t bother.
Great food and atmosphere. Ask for Jenny to be your waitress, she’s the best!
The service was average and we were shorted $10 on our change. The food was horrible, served in disposable containers. No water refill and my strawberry lemonade for $8.50 was 80% ice. The chicken on my nachos was boiled…gross!! How do these places stay in business??
