I thought it was terrible. I ordered the baby back ribs and they were the worst ive ever had. Not even sure they were cooked all the way. I tried my husband’s brisket and that was equally terrible. I wont be returning.
Order Wrong Twice . If you complain, you will have to eat slop. These people can not stand it if you let them know they got your order wrong/First Order was sliced brisket, slaw, beans and fries The Brisket was very good,The sides were OK. The frieswere stone cold.I mentioned it when I placed my order this time. This time, the sliced brisket was chopped, nothing but strings and pieces and the fries stone cold again.I called both times and the girl argued both times. I wanted to take visitors from N.J. this weekend. They don’t get real southern barbecue there. Glad I checked it out before wasting time and money to entertain friends at this rude place, which knows nothing about sliced beef brisket.
Great BBQ, service and sweet tea! My husband and I have visited and revisited this place several times. Our only critisism is that for $8.99 we would like to see a little more meat on the plate; That price point doesn’t include drinks or sides so we generally spend a little more $ on extras so that we don’t leave hungry.
Love the pulled pork with a dry rub. Great service….7 sauces at the table . Only suggestion would be to add a hot BBQ sauce to selection…definitely will be back on next visit to Wilmington
Good and cheap. The BBQ was tasty and inexpensive. They give you the choice of six different BBQ sauces for your BBQ. The staff was very friendly. We couldn’t help ourselves, and ate there twice during the few days we were in Wilmington.
First time here. Only open for three days and my guess is that it will fast become a local favorite. Standard offerings of pork and beef. The various sauces from across the country makes it unique to the real BBQ fan. Nice atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. Give the place a try and I know you’ll go back again and again.
