Skip this. As the other reviews state, there is nothing worth your time here. The food is definitely chain quality, and the service is laughably bad. Even on a weekday, with most of the restaurant open, we had to wait and wait and wait. Servers seem distracted. Nobody moving throughout to empty and clean tables after customers had departed. The sense you get is that nobody is managing this restaurant.
Decent food priced to high for mediocre food though. Service has been really bad every time we have been in there. We sat and waited while our server chated with other tables. One hostes got an attitude because we wanted a both instead of a table. Guacamole was brought out brown. Gave it to many chances, disappointed every time! Go to Plaza mariachi much better service and food.
Say no to chains in ILM!. This place is fine, not great by any means, but why even bother when we have sooo many delicious, independently owned restaurants, in ILM? Support local business, try Taqueria La Tapatia, or El Fogon. Even El Cerro Grande is far more deserving of your money than this place.
Awful. Terrible beans and rice. The shrimp dish I had was sub-par at best. Husband’s dish was also awful. Would never eat there again.
Food is good, Bar is COLD!. Great drinks, try the Margarita Swirled with Sangria. Mmmmmm. Food is good, staff is nice, but big complaint is they keep the bar at 60 degrees. We complain everytime and they don’t care. Eat in the dinningroom or outside if it’s nice out.
Better luck next time…. Recent health food rating of 87 sent us right back out the door…do you know what it takes to get a rating that bad? Wow.
