You might’ve tried Jackson’s BBQ and loved it. You might’ve gone to Carolina BBQ or Casey’s and thought it was the bomb. I’ve tried them all….they’re all really, really good. But I’m here to tell you that Poor Piggy’s BLOWS THE DOORS off ALL of them. No better BBQ in NC, let alone Wilmington. You MUST try the brisket sandwich, but if you show up on Friday….do yourself a HUGE favor and order the dry-rub ribs. RIDICULOUS. Poor Piggy’s is the BBQ by which all others should be measured. The bar has been raised, ladies and gentlemen. Trust me, you will compare every other BBQ you ever eat to Poor Piggy’s. It really is THAT good.
