This place is amazing! Had a simple turkey lettuce and tomato and how they got that much flavor into it is unknown to me. DH had the beef on weck and was sad when it was gone. It was huge but he wanted to keep eating and almost ordered another. Says he’ll be back several times before he’s finished working in the area. Too bad Georgia doesn’t have good deli place like this. Simple and inexpensive.

This place is amazing!! I have tried numerous things and am impressed everytime. Both quality and quantity go beyond expectations. Meats, veggies, and bread is always flavorful and fresh. The staff is very respectful and helpful, you always see smiles. I constantly tell people about this place and how they MUST get in there and try it.
Beef on Weck not up to par. WECK..It’s suppose to have a relatively heavy crusted roll of salt and caraway seed. Mine had barely any of either. Not authentic to what I’ve had in Buffalo area. Rubbing (no salt) into the wound, the beef was dry, crumbly, flavor very much cooked out of it. My guess is it was left over from the day before and sat on a steam table a long time. I ordered before the lunch rush expecting quick service and juicy meat. Chips had a blackened, burnt flavor. HUGE disappointment particularly the $8 plus cost. Not good eats…not authentic, or passable Beef on Weck.
Great place to eat! Whole family left full and happy. The staff was great. Never seen my daughter eat a grilled cheese so fast and my wife says the bread is great.
Beef on Weck. That is all.. I’ve been to this place a lot and I always get the beef on weck. Quite possibly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The bread is awesome, horseradish is great (usually get creamy) the chips are SUPERB, and the beef is stupidly delicious. Never gotten anything else, I should but when I go here I know what I want. Service is chill and very nice, round $11 a sandwich but it’s WELL worth it. Recommend to every soul in Wilmington.
Great place!. Beef on Weck is a must have. Homemade chips, weren’t crunchy, but they were fabulous. Coleslaw was sweet and tangy, perfect in my book. Get both kinds of horseradish (creamy and fresh chopped), I mixed mine together, made the creamy one spicier. Au Jus on the side was fantastic, all in all just a great little place.The owner is a young guy, laid back, and truely cares about his place. Treats everyone so well, coming out from the kitchen and refilling drinks, making sure we have everything we need down to the last detail. He’s got some loyal customers.
