The food is great, but the waitress we had is terrible. Every time that we come in she is incredibly rude. She will fill other people’s drinks around us but continually avoid us. There is another waitress that is very sweet. She goes above and beyond. It has gotten so bad that we asked the nice waitress for her work schedule, so that we can avoid the mean one. The rating is because of the service.

Top Choice in Bismarck. Have had Hong Kong deliver a few times lately and each time has been great. The pot stickers and egg rolls and house lo mein are the best around! So glad to have reliably good Chinese food in Bismarck. Staff is friendly and great at explaining dishes and suggestions.
Stained my table cloth. I had order from here once before and it was O.K. The second time I order the food was so greasy that, through the bag, it managed to leave a permanent grease stain on my table cloth.
The WORST most EXPENSIVE chinese food in the country! Ordered delivery and waited over an hour. Food so over microwaved that ALL the veggies were nothing but slime! Chicken all slimy thigh meat! Not a piece of white meat. Gross. Paid for it and ate it anyway because so hungry…hope not to die before Christmas. Fried rice soy sauce colored with scant scrap meat. Why is this place still in business?????
