Great food and I’ve never had an issue with the service. From what I can figure out it’s the same food as The Pond, just a different format of ordering. Definitely try out the Redhead, and get the tots!

Despite the fact that the staff isn’t always great (one day the cashier looked like she could fall asleep standing up.) I love the soup/sandwiches/salad this place has to offer. I usually get a veggie sandwich with salad for a delicious and healthy lunch.
If you have over 30 minutes to wait for your food and you enjoy it being prepared in utter chaos than this is the place for you! The management team needs to pull their operation together and ensure customers are taken care of in a timely matter. A person shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich.
Poor Caterer.. We had arranged to have Lucky Duck cater an event for high school graduation for today. We first made the arrangements 9 months ago and followed up with several phone calls since. The last phone call was 10 days ago. We were assured everything was a go for today. They never showed. No phone call. We went down to the store and it was dark. No one answered the phone. We have always liked the food. That is not the issue. If you are planning to get a caterer for an important event, CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!
