This is unbelievably bad food. It’s like they have given up-they make chips in house but serve them cold and greasy. The salsa is bottled. The sauces are canned and the vegetables are frozen. The iced tea has no lemon and the tables have no equal or sugar. Everything is buried in disgusting, greasy cheese. You get better Tex Mex in the freezer case. I didn’t eat my lunch an hour ago and the server didn’t even ask why. Absolutely horrible. food.

Crave it!. I have been eating at Paradiso my whole life. I know it is not authentic Mexican, I have a ton of authentic Mexican. I don’t come to Paradiso for the authentic, I come for my favorite meal. I LOVE the seafood enchiladas!! I crave them and once in a while, I cave. I also love this place because my husband who get heartburn really easy, can actually eat and enjoy the food. I just found out that you can order the food online and specify when you want to pick it up. I just did this last night. During a break at work, I ordered from my phone and picked it up on the way home. The service was great! The bartender greeted me right away and told me they were just finishing my meal. The also include chips and salsa to go. I do love this place for what it is and not what others expect it to be.

Disappointment in a cheap store bought tortilla.. Just got back from eating at Paradiso. I love Mexican food but this place is committing sin against the food. I have been three times (I told you I love Mexican food) trying to find something good at this place every time the results are pathetic. The first thing to expect is cold salsa and room temperature broken chips. If you chips aren’t broken good you must have got the top of the bag. These are cheap chips as well the salsa is kinda bland. #2 Stare at the Menu for 10 minutes trying to find something that sounds good. They don’t have a signature dish and many of the plates seem way overpriced. Example: Cheese melt, a baked tortilla with melted cheese on it for over 6 bucks? Kidding right? #3 Order something and prepare to be disappointed.

Not authentic. Obviously it’s a chain and doesn’t have authentic food. Paradiso has americanized mexican food.
