Rude and unprofessional. I ordered my daughter’s first birthday cake, cupcakes and cake pops from this bakery eight weeks before her event. I gave them very specific details of what I wanted and they said they could do everything that I asked. However, when I saw the cake I was appalled. It was a two tiered cake, but the top tier was off to one side, not centered on the top. The bottom had a chevron pattern that was completely crooked and sloppy. My daughter’s name was on the top and was crooked as well. The frosting was done very sloppily and was not the right color. The cupcakes had pink and gray frosting and they put orange and blue cupcake liners around them. Seriously? The cake pops were awful, they weren’t uniform in size and they were supposed to have number ones on them but they looked like L’s. I called the bakery to complain. I spoke with the owner who not only didn’t apologize but was very rude. I paid a lot of money for these and they were sloppy and didn’t look like they were done by a professional bakery. I was so embarrassed to even put this cake out at my daughter’s party. I would NEVER recommend this bakery to anyone, and I will never go there again.
