Sandwiches and salads are very good. Bread is fresh and moist. Employees never smile. It’s not that they’re rude, just don’t seem happy to be there and it shows.
Sandwiches are meat-laden, salads interesting, good breads, sweet desserts. Soups are the weak link–that are rather, well, clinical. Best place for lunch in downtown Fargo, in my opinion. Comfortable surroundings.
Located just off Broadway this is a great place for lunch. Has soup or sandwiches and the best deserts in Fargo. You food is put on a disposable plate on a tray which is not for everyone but it works just fine for me.
My favorites are the strawbery pie (summer) and coconut/sour cream cake!
