Disappointed. I used to love Dunn, back when it had knowlegable managers and enthusiastic workers. Their new manager is slow at making drinks and lacks a personality, and the workers seem to have lost the spark that used to be there. Not to mention the recent addition of soup and sandwiches. It seems unneccesary and spread too thin. It’s sad to see yet another coffee shop falling victim to poor leadership and poor choices overall.
Not Impressed. I went through the drive thru at 11am on a Saturday. Ordered a bagel, was told they didn’t serve bagels on weekends. I tried to order a wrap, was told they didn’t serve that anymore as they were changing the menu (but was still listed on the menu). I gave up and ordered a coffee, then found out later they gave me someone else’s receipt. Will not be back again
GREAT SERVICE!. I’ve been here a few times and the sevice has always been exceptional. Two baristas in particular really stood out to me the first, was a tall boy with thick glasses on. My drink was great and so energetic for 7AM! The second was a small, very stylish blonde girl, she was so friendly I can’t wait to go back to learn thier names! A+!!!!!
Familiar name!. Having just been to St. Paul, it was good to see a familiar name when we needed a coffee for the road!
