Good stuff. Hit it when it first opened and had a delicious sandwich for lunch. Had a dirty plate on the table and they treated us to a free dessert of our choice. Will definitely return.
Had party of six(4 adults to small children) was told 30 minute wait, going on one hour now. Just had buzzer go off and gave them the buzzer and waited another five minutes and then was told our table was given away. Told they would fix it, now have been waiting another fifteen minutes with two crabby children and 4 upset adults. Haven’t even got to taste the food yet and have already started very poorly not sure this trip can get any better.
Great service, food so-so. Ordered my steak done medium, it was served beyond well done. They quickly corrected the problem. I asked how the steaks are prepared because what we ordered looked like they had been fried in a pan, not grilled. We were informed only bone-in steaks are grilled over a fire, the rest are cooked on a flat top grill. Not impressed, don’t really feel like paying $18 or more for a fried steak. We did have great service even though the food was nothing special.
Don’t seat groups of 6+. Need to get special approval from manager. Will lose business due to this.
Great Service, Great Food. They went over and above to make a wrong right. My steak was cooked to perfection. Had the Wildwest shimp, great way to start the meal. I will be back!
