Bleh.. I like Noodles & Co., and have been to several. My husband and I got dishes that we’ve had before and liked, and were very disappointed by our experience there today. Bland, dry, and not hot. They didn’t give us the flatbread that was supposed to come with our dish. The individual who served us our food was also one of the grumpiest looking people I’ve encountered in my life.
Do not come here during the lunch hour. I have been waiting for ten minutes, not normally a huge issue, but some of the people around me have been waiting for almost a half hour. The place has decent food for a good price. However, they either can’t afford to staff at the busy times or they aren’t organized enough to handle the increase in traffic. This is not the first time this has happened either.

Great first visit. While in town doing a little shopping, and trying desperately to stay away from the 99% of all restaurants in Fargo that are clones of each other, we dropped into this little place.A great selection of meals, with an infinite number of combinations for you to choose from.I had the Japanese noodles with steak, and it was delicious, and surprisingly NOT overcooked.My wife had the sate, which was also very nice, however, the chicken breast she added had the most bizarre rubbery texture. The potstickers were nothing special….not a lot of flavor, although the dipping sauce for them was nice.The staff were excellent at describing how to order and choose our meal.
