  If you like beer, you’re in luck because it’s tough for them to screw that up. HOWEVER, if its a burger done medium rare the BUYER BEWARE!! My cousin and I stopped in to grab a couple burgers to go after loading a trailer full of furniture. The burgers took longer than expected. We grabbed our burgers and headed out the door. Once we reached the interstate we both bit into our burgers. These burgers were well-done and inedible. Dryer than a popcorn fart!! Ish! I called the manager and told her than we did not have time to turn our truck and trailer around as we had a deadline to meet for delivery. She offered me $20 for hour troubles … that’s what the two burgers cost … gee, thanks a lot. Two weeks pass and I finally got a a piece of mail from Old Chicago. It’s a $10 gift coupon, only half of what I was promised by the manager on duty. I called to speak with the manager, but apparently he was to busy at 10:30 in the morning to take my call? If you’re looking for a delicious burger or even decent follow through by management, I’d run from this place … and I’d run fast!!

  Great Place. I’ve been here four times now. Each time the service was great, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is very upscale casual.My favorite dish is the Chi Town trio. This place also has the best blu cheese dressing in town with their wings. I also love the beer flights for tasting new types.

  I’ve been here three times…all bad experiences. First time, the food received wasn’t remotely what I ordered…twice! Second time it took an hour to get food. The third time? Lunch was THREE HOURS long, didn’t get water, didn’t get our order in for an hour, food came another hour later. Disappointed 🙁

  Good food, bad service. The italian nachos are a must to get if you’re going to eat here, they are little pasta chips and they have all sorts of toppings, like pepperoni and italian sausage on top. The pizza is good as well. The service however, was pretty horrible. We didn’t see our waitress, but maybe 2-3 times. Our food and our drinks were delivered by someone else. I might order to-go from there just to avoid the service, that bad.

  What to review…. I really enjoy the pizza here. They offer lots of variety with the crust and overall menu offerings.The service is pretty hit and miss though. I’ve had great wait staff at this location (I was around when it first opened it’s doors in Fargo) and I’ve had poor wait staff here.

  Never Again. My Grandson had a broken chair and fell and hit his head, we told the front desk person about this and no one ever came and checked on him, they came and took the chair and that was it..We will never go back again..another child the same day sitting across from us was givin food that wa so hot that it burnt her mouth the mother complained and the waitress said she would bring her some ice cubes,,,whats so family friendly about this place…PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS>>>>20 Nov, 2009Never Again. We were at Old Chicaago, my grandson fell due to a broken chair that he was sitting on and I went up tp the front and told them what had happened, he had a goose egg the size of a small saucer on the back of his head and no one ever came to to check on his condition..that really peezed me off..we will never go ther again..this was in fargo..maybe if the girls there went talking so much about their parties the night before they would have cared about him, thought this was a family resturant..would not rec. to anyone
