I’ve had lunch here 3 times and dinner once. The food has been excellent, especially liked the salmon.Price is moderate and ambience is excellent. I would highly recommend !The restaurant is connected to the nicest hotel in Fargo which is a great plus on a cold winter’s day
I thought this was a very nice place. The ambiance was pleasing and the menu options were delightfully a little off the beaten path. I ordered duck confit and very much enjoyed it.
They are still trying to find themselves. Although the menu does evoke a tantalizing fantasy in your mind…upon getting the food…eh. It was just meh. My daughter had the seafood kettle – very generous in its portion, but the broth was not as tasty as it could have been. I had the flat iron steak. Tasteless leather. To be fair, I requested it medium well, but that doesn’t excuse the blandness. I will retry after a few months. Maybe they’ll have found their bearings by then. On a positive note – very nice decor. Although I must say something about that as well. Upon entering you feel you’ve walked into a decent steakhouse. After you’ve entered, you realize you’re sharing the beautiful ambience with a sports bar crowd in the middle of the restaurant. No need to dress up here folks.
This place has it all, great food and service, elegant atmosphere, and an incredible patio with fireplaces. You can enjoy wine, beer and even whiskey flights with your appies or meal. I highly recommend this place, it is one of Fargo’s finest!
