Rosey's is a Grilled Cheese Bistro, Bar, Entertainment and Event Center. A selection of cheese and seafood is offered along with gourmet grilled cheese and house made desserts. Rosey's has two full bars, one which features a large selection of whiskey and wine the other focuses on mason jar martinis and cocktails. Deanes Kombucha is offered on tap as a non-alcoholic alternative.
