A Great Experience. Went for dinner, drinks and live music. This place was hoppin’ busy and the service was still great. They carry a nice wine selection and dinner was delicious! The people watching was fun and we ordered desserts to share. The music and dancing started at 10. The place had a great vibe.
Worst Service EVER. New Year’s Day – mid-afternoon – place is 1/3 full – took 10 minutes to get seated – bartender seated us as hostess was on break? Another 10 minutes to get our drink order in, and another 10 minutes to get the drinks – no rush here. One of our drinks was a Coffee with Brandy and Kahlua with a dash of Baileys and some whipped cream. Was ice cold instead of hot, and took 5 minutes to heat in the microwave. Really? Service really sucked – waitress had major attitude even though she screwed up on 3 of the 5 drinks. Wow. When the bill came it was $15 just for the coffee drink, which was later comped after we complained. It seems that there is little or no training of the staff – nobody seems to care. Won’t darken their door again.
