Let Down. Came in as a party of four around 7 on a Friday night. No wait, not overly busy. Server was less than friendly. It is understandable that things may take longer than usual sometimes, but after waiting over an hour for our order without any idea it would take that long from a manager or server we asked our server for an update. Our server sluffed off the question and walked away. Sushi was average. Osaka remains my top choice for sushi, service and atmosphere in Fargo.
Terrible Service. It never ceases to amaze me how TERRIBLE the service is at this place. If you are going to order sushi, sit at the sushi bar. They don’t always answer the phone if you call to order ahead either. Frustrating!
I love wasabi! Amazing food! I didn’t like sushi until I came here and now I eat here two to five times a week! My favorite is the crunch munch!

Good food, Poor service. I have ordered sushi from Wasabi multiple times. Sometimes when I call to order ahead for pickup, nobody even answers the phone! How do you run a smooth business when none of your employees have the courtesy to answer the phone?? I have had to call back multiple times in order to reach someone. Very frustrating. Their sushi is good-not the best in down, but their location is convienient.
Cool atmosphere. They have the best ribeye steak in town! Flavorful and juicy.
SLOW SLOW SLOW. Went there tonight with a tight schedule. Took 20 minutes for the steamed dumpling app and over an hour for the entree. Ended up having to get it boxed to go because no time to eat it. $50 for a meal I did not even eat. At the same time, tables around us seemed to be fed, so it looks like just imcompitence. No apologies or explanations. I refuse to return to a place that is poorly managed and won’t treat customers with respect.
