A wonderful place, run by member/owners. Think old time neighborhood grocery. Small but packed in. Things from around the world. As what fresh cheeses are available that day. Sort of what whole foods is trying for but missed due to their huge scale.
This place is so great! There’s local food here and tons of great healthy snacks, as well as health products! Very nice people here too 🙂 And there’s a small cafe inside!
This organic food co-op offers the best lunch in Grand Forks! Two soups every day- one vegan/vegetarian and the other for carnivores. You can order a smoothie, or sandwich/ salad made fresh, or grab one from the deli to go.Everything here is simply excellent!!
Very pricey for GF and very limited selection. Website makes it sound a whole lot more robust. They are willing to special order items but I would have to buy the whole case of tomato sauce, for example.
small deli area. Good selection of vegan and vegetarian. Not open on Sundays for deli. Nice atmosphere.
