Visited recently on a trip to GF. The server visited us 3x to place our order and was rushing us a bit and only once the same server checked on us eating to see how it was did she observe my drink needed a refill (another server had brought our food). Other than that the food was consistently good with every other visit I’ve had to Applebee’s. Got the quesadilla burger – try it it’s delish.

Just what you’d expect from an Applebee’s. I’ve had no problems at this restaurant and I’ve eaten there multiple times. The food is good and the service is good. I’ll be returning.
Worst Customer Service. I’ve worked for customer service since I was 15, I was appalled by my last visit. They are currently running a special buy a $50 and get $10 free. Well that turned into a nightmare. I explained to the waitress that I would like to buy the $50 gift card and then use that to pay for my bill. first I had a $88.77 bill, I told her that i was buying the gift card to pay for my meal. She came back with a 39.77 then telling me she was going to be short $50. I don’t know if i had to paint a picture or what to explain this to her. At that point I was frustrated and wanted to leave. The next day at the check out at walmart my card got declined. I went to Applebees that night to tell the manager what went on, all he had to say was he was sorry. Well like I mentioned I’ve been doing customer service since i was 15, I expected at least refunding my meal for all the trouble I’ve had. Nope, nothing, so I called the corprate office to file a complaint against them. I went on Tuesday night and its not Friday and its still haunting me, checks I had wrote are over drawn because of their 128.54 charge pending of Applebees.
