My kids love the food. Its a nice place to have breakfast. Their staff are very courteous and knows what kind pf service I need. The moment you step in in their door, you can find a staff or more to greet you. Though we were waiting for more than five minutes in the waiting area, there is always a constant recount from the hostess who tried to do her best to sit us down as fast as she can.
Restaurant was half empty and was told I had to wait 15 minutes to be seated so kitchen to catch up. The group of 10 in front of me was told the same thing but asked to be seated anyway and just served coffee and water until the kitchen got caught up. I asked if my party of 2 could do the same but the hostess refused. No one was waiting behind us. Very disappointed that I couldn’t have coffee and chill till they were ready to serve on a Sunday at 9:30am.

Nothing fancy, but still good for IHOP. This is like any other chain, the service is ok, not spectacular, the food is adequate and generally hot, and the prices are decent. I like that at least you have not long to wait even when the place is packed because it’s so big.The selection has something for everyone and with the prices it’s not horrible. I don’t go back for the service/prices, but for the interesting items that they will sometimes have on special. I wouldn’t recommend this place for much but for Sunday brunch, I know I can get in with my family and that’s good to know.
