My two sons and I were in town for a few days, visiting. Saturday, we went out for a late dinner. The service we received was nothing short of fabulous. Our server Erica was so helpful and personable…the food was delicious. It made for a very enjoyable evening.
Waitress was rude, Chicken Parm was a bland chicken patty, bland noodles and a dollop of marinara on top… Extremely cheap, unseasoned and not very good… Yet it was $15 … Overall unimpressed
Bad service no managers. We ordered appetizers, but since they were busy the waitress brought the salad, appetizer and dinner all at the same time. She didn’t even give us a chance to tell her to take it back until we finish the app. She never came back till the bill.What was worse was… We complained to the host with 3 of them there, but no manager? what crap service. Next time MacDonalds, the service is better!
