The bacon and spinach souffl was …. mmmmmmmmmm. Can’t wait to come back to try the others. Couldn’t resist so we decided to try Panera for lunch and it was just as good. We had the quinoa beet salad, French onion soup in the bread bowl as well as the Thai chicken salad. We enjoyed every one and were all full of flavour except the ceased salad was a hint bland. The Thai chicken salad was an error as I ordered the hot Thai dumpling soup. When I noted this to them, they apologized and said to the enjoy the salad and that the soup would be coming right up. Great service and great flavours. Glad I got the salad as it was wonderful, refreshing and just the right amount of Thai dressing. The fresh bread was fantastic. I think I cleared the table of any that was left (a piece come with every meal). Go ahead and try the iced green tea to complement your meal. You gotta try this place!!! I know I will be back!!!!
