Expanded salad bar that can be added in place of a side for 1.99 is awesome. Feel free to load yourself up on pita chips and hummus and maybe a few other of the proclaimed 53 items. We’ve had a few of the menu items on occasion but really nothing stands out like this salad buffet. Good selection of sides as well (you can add 3 for $3 if you’re having the salad bar). Great pig out option for your ‘Murican adventure if you absolutely feel inclined to eat a vegetable. 4 stars for Ruby Tuesday salad bar.
