I always eat here when in Minot. Huge portions! I usually get the shrimp chimi, but the tacos are also delicious. Ask for the hot sauce.
It Aint Tequilas. Pretty darn good food and reasonably priced. Everything at our table was great except the salsa that was served with the chips was pureed like catsup and tasted a little like cocktail sauce. The margarita was pretty good but would have liked to have had the option of a large one. The next time im in Minot I will visit again.
Descent food, I had the chicken fajitas, sauces are very mild but it’s Minot. Service and decor are very Mexican style and plenty of food for your dollar.
Unimpressed.. Underseasoned for sure. I think this may just be an effort to suit the local tastebuds however. Don’t hesitate to at least give it a try; one of the wonderful things about Mexican food is the affordability.The most exciting thing about Mi Mexico is the decor: really bright and fun- pure Mexican patriotism.
Good food at a good price. I’ve eaten here several times and the food has always been very good. Some of the dishes I like better then others but it is just a preferrece. The service is always friendly and the chips and salsa are very good as well. I will keep returning as I am never disapointed.

Okie first thing lady!!!! if your a real latina… you’d know that tamales take FOREVER to make… an entire day… The reason it was frozen was because thats what you do after you make them so you can have more later. It is authentic, just not right out of the oven. So if you want a tamale that isn’t heated then make one your damn self! other wise there’s your answer c: && their fajitas are to die for x.X omg… && the cheese?? now thats what i call a mexican dinner! 😀 woo… i hate minot’s lack of mexican food… i miss Filebertos 🙁 && Top Shelf D’: && Carmens… but just imagine what the real deal taste like… i was like in heaven when i had a meal in mexico x.X wooo now thats the stuff!!! 😀 lol Oh && also i suggest you try Mi Mexico’s Fried Ice Cream… c:
