When I spoke to the manager he seemed not to care and said it was the size they always made. Will not go back and will not refer anyone to go there. Quite disappointed,
This pizza is great, but pretty greasy. Gave me the poops. The service was also good. The person who answered the phone was not rude at all and the pizza was done in 15 minutes.
Can’t get address correct.. I specifically told the guy on the phone when i ordered for delivery, My address was A as in apple Ave, but somehow they managed to come up with 8 ave. I got my order and recieved a barely even warm Pizza. I paid 18.50 for a cold pizza. I called and told them I wasnt happy about getting a cold pizza. The manager was very rude to me and said it was my fault for not answering the delivery driver when they tried calling me when I was in the shower after I placed my order. They never read back my address on the intitial phone call and failed to show up with the pizza when the should have, ALL IN ALL they messed up and would not give me a discount all because some idiot cant get an adress right. Im not happy with there service or there personnel, because there stupid, yea i said it, STUPID. Excuse me for trying to live, wow!

My worst delivery experience. It’s my first time ordering from Nite Train Pizza. They were polite and helpful on the phone and the food tastes great, but the delivery guy was awful. He forgot my 2 liter soda and my credit card receipt. He asked if I would give him a tip and I said no, for the obvious reasons. He started to go back to his car, when my dog got out and followed him. I went to get my dog and the guy was getting into his car. My dog was standing next to him and the guy tried to shut his door while my dog’s head was IN THE WAY. I then grabbed my dogs collar, he slammed his door, and raced out of my driveway. That is not the way to act towards a customer! I doubt I will be ordering anything from them for a long while.
I could not agree with the last review more. The guy who answers the phone is a true a-hole. I ordered cheese sticks and I was sent bread sticks. Called them up- he made up a lie about how he took the order and read it back to me. He is not friendly while you are ordering either. I want to order from a place that will treat me like they want my business. BTW the breadsticks are awful and I think that he just pulls this crap to get rid of them because the are cold. This is the kindof service you get in minot now. Sad.Ohh yeah, this is not the first time this has happened with this guy. but it will be the last.
Food is great but the guy who answers the phone is a complete a$$hole. Soooo rude. I asked what the difference in size was on the cheesy bread and he said their are the same amount of slices only one is smaller. Well duh!!?? How much smaller? So I just finished my order and I said thanks and he just hung up on me! Soooo rude!!!!
