Go to Pizza Hut save your self the frustration and starvation from this Minot papa John the sad thing is I travel all over and work on the road so yes I do order a lot of pizza however this store alone has left such a bad taste in my mouth I truly not sure if I would ever trust any papa johns again I would compare their customer service to Walmart and that’s bad surly the CEO of this pizza chain cares more than that07 Mar, 2013Very rude employee on phone hung up when I called back in to check on order 2 hrs 10 min after the initial order called to check on it and still has not left the building and very very rude employees I absolutely do not recommend this papa johns they need to fire and re hire and get the papa in there to train on customer service and cooking times .

The guy was very rude to my sister in law – he told us they don’t deliver to us at the time & she politely asked where else delivers in town – and he rudely told her she can check the phone book and that was it. New to the town and will NOT order from there.
Rude…. We all dislike our jobs at some point but you don’t have to make it obvious. After being on hold for 15 minutes and knowing the store didn’t close for another hour, someone else picked up the phone and said there would be no more orders tonight. Not happy about and calling Domino’s.
