I always love Pizza Ranch’s pizza, but the service here is absolutely terrible. The first time I went to pick up the pizza I waited at the drive through thing for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The second time they refused a coupon that came from their own website.
Terrible Service. Placed an order at 7:54 pm for 1 large pizza and a side of wedges for delivery. I was told it would be here in 20 min. 9:12 I called and asked to talk with the manger because my order never showed the same man that took my order was the manger. So he tells me my order is on the way and should be here any minute he apologized voided the sale and hung up on me! Well it’s 9:54 and they close in 6 minutes I’m off to bed hungry as I was lied to by a manager no less. The worst part of this story is I live 2 blocks away from the resteraunt but can’t get there because I’m handicap. Worst place ever consumer BEWARE!!!!!!!

Pros: Didn’t have to wait in line to get a table and it took around 15 minutes for the pizza to arrive at our table. The place was packed, which we expected but an older couple ended up cleaning a dirty table themselves because everywhere else was either occupied or dirty. We are not talking about a few crumbs dirty either. But if you don’t care about cleanliness and possibly being overcharged then give it a shot. We were surprised it was a buffet place since the menu appeared like it was an order with waiter place.
Excellent fresh ingredients, quick delivery.Ordered the all dressed large, 12 plus 3 for delivery.Being a Saturday I expected a wait since I ordered around 8pm. Was advised that it could be an hr. arrived within 3/4 of an hr.Sauce has flavor but the crust is excellent, not greasy. Meats and veggies appear to be gd quality.Will order again when back to Minot
A LOT of food. I really like all the food here. The pizza is good as well as the chicken. You can order whatever kind of pizza you would like to be on the buffet so you always get what you want and are not just stuck on what they decide to put out there. The only issue is I eat WAY too much.
Kid friendly as well as offering a small selection of non-pizza dishes (potatoes, chicken, veggies) and an extensive salad bar. Adults & kids can fill up here! Military discount.
Pizza ranch! ooohhh ya!. Wow! the pizza is amazing! but the fried chicken is out of this world! soooooo crispy and tender! am I goin back? just try and stop me!!!!
