Dry pork chop terrible service. Had a Christmas party get together last night at Primo’s. There was 16 of us at a long table. 8 people on each side. They split the table so one waitress had 8 people on one side and the other waitress had 8 people on the other side of the table. We ordered a few drinks and meal. The waitresses would not wait on the people on the other side of table. I ordered another drink right before my meal came and my waitress dropped off the meal but I did not see her again with my drink. She never did end up bringing the drink and I complained enough to the other waitress after about 30-45 min. that she started waiting on us also. The food was not good ( my wife had a ribeye that was good) and service was ridiculous, but we still had to pay over $13.00 in gratuity for a bad, very bad experience!!!!!

This is Minot, ND and you can’t measure by larger city. Staff was quite friendly. For the money, I say it’s good … Local context applies.
Unfair review I know…. I always order the same, Apricot Chicken Salad. I am addicted, I love it! So good and have tried to make the chicken apricot sauce with no luck. It is light and really good. Cannot comment on anything else……Service good and have very good soups (will have the tomato basil if on special)…..
This is typical North Dakota food, i mean that in the worst way possible. The food is extremely blan and tastes like it came straight from the Kraft factory. I would suggest cooking for yourself or just not eating that day.
Really liked breakfast it was great!
They asked me how I like my Prime Rib ( Med rare) and then serve me a medium well saying that’s how it came out? Why bother asking how I want it? I ate it and wasted my money on the worst tasting puece of meat i’ve ever had. To top it iff they gave me $3.00 off my meal? This town needs a real restaurant!
