Possibly the worst service in Minot and the food is so mediocre it’s just not worth going there…
Awesome!. I had a wonderful experience at Minot ruby tuesday! The food was spectacular and the service was one of the highest quality I’ve seen in Minot. It was very busy when we went but the appetizer and food was out in a timely mannor and our server did an amazing job. I highly recommend this restaurant for everyone!
Food is ok. Poor service. Food was ok. Very forgettable. But they service was very poor. Very long wait for food. No apologies given
Poor customer service. Waited for half an hour to be seated. Once we were seated, it took the waitress fifteen minutes to take our drink orders. Fifteen minutes later, we got our drinks and the waitress said she will be right back with bread. Another fifteen minutes passed and the waitress finally came back with garlic and cheese biscuits, not bread. One hour later, we finally got our main dishes. The cheese on my burger was completely dried and the burger was very greasy. The waitress never came back to ask how the food was. She did not deserve a gratuity tip for her lack of customer service.
Overpriced greasy garbage… stick to booze. Trip 1: It is not bad food just do not understand how they price…so wish the expensive entrees included the salad bar. Ap’s again too little quality and quantity for the price. So hope with Minots ever increasing population they get a grip on the prices/menu. As they are a chain may be no choice? Grape martini is my favorite from the bar YUMMY and just cant make it at home! Trip 2: Went back in January 2013 with friend and had sliders and drinks.. Sliders (one was zucchini)…. Thought it would be a health choice…WRONG swam in grease. Waitress rude, NEVER again!
Very good food and service. Love the little cheese bread biskets they give you. Will be back
