Now I havent tried all the sushi in Minot, but I have had a lot of sushi in my travels and this was pretty decent. I feel like it should have got a better rating but I have had a lot more sushi before that cost less, and was better tasting. My rating would have been a 3…but I bumped it up to 4 because they had the hibachi grills where they cook the food in front of you…and thats not something you find on every block! Definitely worth a look. Food was good, restaurant was clean and authentic.

By far worst hibachi grill I have ever been too! I have been to Sakura in Bismarck and it is wonderful so expected same in Minot! The rice had little to no soy sauce added which made it basically white rice with egg and pepper… The noodles I watched as he added sauce and how dry there were and when plates them tasted like just plain spaghetti noodles so I asked for some teriyaki to help them.. He over cooked the shrimp, the steak was suppose to be medium it is beyond well done, and the chicken dry as a bone!!! I was so very disappointed… I am also a wonderful tipper normally between 20-30% it killed to to leave a $5.00 tip on my $75.00 bill… But after leaving me and my husband both agreed would should have gone to Sonic at least the food would have been edible!
I’m a fan. The thing about American food in this part of the country is its way overpriced for what you get. People think that just because there is a boom in the economy they can charge whatever they want for a well done unseasoned prime rib. THAT IS NOT THE CASE here. The service was awesome and the food was awesome. Cheers to people who take pride in their food.
Best place in Minot! It’s the only place we look forward to going. Always good friendly service (which is rare in Minot) and good food!
Family Favorite. We go here all the time. Everyone is always so friendly and nice. The food is great, my husband and I have tried every sushi roll on the menu and they are all delicious. The hibachi is always awesome, never had anything I didn’t like!
Love the sushi! Definitely an entertaining experience.
