This is not a very good Mexican restaurant. The meat is under seasoned. When your plate comes with your food covered in foil, it means they scooped it out of the cooler and threw the whole thing in the oven to reheat. Salsa is canned as are the beans. Ez melt fake cheese on everything.
Ok food but the ground beef is very bad.. Chips and salsa are very good. Margaritas are wonderful. The steak and chicken dishes have good flavor. BUT the ground beef is horrific!! No flavor! Borderline disgusting. They may have a good business but if they improved the ground beef they would probally have a great business.

Great Mexican. We went to Jalisco’s Mexican restaurant for lunch. We really enjoyed the food, service, and cleanliness of the restaurant. The only change they could make is to put a vegetarian item on the lunch menu. I had to buy an entree from the dinner menu, and then they would not give us the buy one lunch entree and get one 1/2 price. Puzzling to us since my meal was way more expensive than my husbands, and we would have expected to pay for the more expensive one for the buy one get one 1/2 price. Oh! Well their rules, but strange non the less.
