Eating in. The dining room is so small. How small is it? It is so small that everyone tries to go at off hours. In cold weather the dining area is very cold. Food is ALWAYS awesome, I believe they are thriving on takeout.
Dining room closes early. We drove 30mins to get some sushi. Checked before we left and it says they are open till 10p. We got there at 930p and were told the dining room closes at 930. So, we got to order and are standing at the cash register waiting for our food as I’m writing this review. By the way, it’s only 9:39 right now. Not happy right now!
Best Chinese Food and Sushi in Area. Always friendly staff, including the owners Jin and Lin…. Always smiling and their food is awesome.. The wife and I get our weekly fix (Gluten Free = No Breading)…. And every time, it is awesome no matter whether Lunch, Dinner or late night snack,, They are number one in our book….
Their food was good, but their total lack of their concern about screwing up a take-out order made us realize they do not need our business. We placed an order for over $40 to go. When we arrived at home, realized there was no sweet. & sour sauce for the sweet & sour chicken. We called & they offered to take a dollar off our next order. Thank you, but there will be no next order. There are many other Chinese restaurant ‘s in the area, that will appreciate our business for more than a dollar off your next order. If we just wanted chicken nuggets, we could go anywhere.

ANGRY OWNER, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have eaten at the Jin house for over a year and usually everything is pretty good. This last time General Tso’s chicken was so chewy it could not be eaten. The owner and a female cook argued with us and said it is fine and everyone else likes it. They kept arguing telling us we should have told them to not make it crispy and hard when we ordered it!!! My friend said she would not be coming back in a soft voice and the owner started yelling and said GOOD!!!! He was so nasty it was unbelievable. I am blogging to everyone I know! Now none of us at the table will be back. He has poor customer service and a nasty temper and he cannot expect any advice or criticism. Keep buying frozen General Tsos that no one can chew!! lol unbelievable.
This place was very good! My sushi and dumplings were scrumptious. The waitresses were very quick and courteous. A little expensive, but a good price to pay for such a good meal. I will recommend and will go again.
