I love everything about this place! I usually stick with the veggie sandwiches, which are amazing! But the menu also includes a lot of really tempting, funny, bad for you choices that some day I am going to give into and try.
Great fresh eats. Bagel Street Deli embodies all that is great about eating in Athens… a business witha conscience that fresh ingredients (many from nearby farms and businesses). I have to disagree with a previous poster… the sandwiches are big. They are steamed to order so they’re melted and yummy! Definitely worth the visit.
Slow, pricey and over-rated. Popularity results in extremely slow service. I’d say to go when there is not a rush, but they are even slow then too. While the food is pretty good, I think the place is a bit pricey and way over-rated. There is an inconsistency problem between sandwich makers, and the plethora of choices serves to further slow down the process.
Walls are gross, but sandwiches are yummy!
Overpriced, slow, inconsistent, and disappointing, bagel street is not worth your time or money. They have an insane amount of options, but if you want to get a sandwich that isn’t on the menu, good luck spending less than 6-9 bucks on an appetizer sized sandwich. The quality of the food is often fair to excellent, but the hunger still felt after dropping ten bucks is not at all worth it.

Yummy. Bagel street deli is my favorite restaurant uptown! you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. so many choices are given to you and it’s super delicious. the bagels melt in your mouth when you bite them. you savor the bagel for hours on end. the heart put into the bagel makes it that much better!I LOVE BAGEL STREET DELI!
