Throw-back Diner. Love the old stainless steel diner look and feel – adds some character to downtown Athens. The Court Street Diner does a pretty good job with everything on the menu, but seating is very limited, and patrons tend to linger long past finishing their meal. It’s a great throw back restaurant that you got to try. The girls waiting tables seriously hustle back and forth, and while they are not mean or inconsiderate, they are not the most friendly folks either. This kicks the Union Street Diner’s butt!
Gotta love the diner. A place where Fonzie himself would love. The diner is awesome. Great food moderate prices…open late. I highly recommend!

Good diner food, bad service.. A friend and I decided to have lunch here the other day and while the food was pretty tasty, the server was not friendly at all. She had a horrible attitude and walked past our table several times to check on other tables, making it quite obvious that she was ignoring us. I’m not sure what her deal was but if we ever return we’ll be sure to ask for a different server.
Pretty dang good.. Usual diner type setting. Nice workers. Singing cooks. it was cool. Food was better than average diner food. i had a chili burger and fries and she had a chicken tender wrap. Both were better than expected. Would definitely recommend for a great cheap meal.
