Worth the gamble???. When staffed appropriately, the food, salad bar and service are usually very, very good. However, when this place gets hit with sustained rushes everything goes down hill fast. Ruby’s is a great place to go, but stay away from this one during peak times and when the college has a huge influx of visitors. Service, cleanliness and quality tank hard when they should be at their best. I love Ruby’s…..but I don’t know what I’m going to get from this location one time to the next.
