Well if you are bored of fast food that’s burger and fries then this is the place for you. It’s Mexican food- tacos, quesadillas, burritos etc. I find their food average – not bad but nothing great either. Their crispy tacos are the cheapest and tasteless. The cheesy quesadillas are just melted cheese wrapped in a tortilla. The chicken version of course had a few chicken bits added to it. Chicken grilled burrito is OK. Taco sopapilla is made with aa bread (instead of Taco shell) and honey with fried chicken and lettuce and tomatoes. It’s interesting. I love churros. The interesting thing here would be to compare it with Taco bell. My friends find Taco bell better but I haven’t tried it so can’t compare.

Phenomenal tacos!!!. These are quite possibly the best Tacos in Ohio. Yes, Taco with a capital T because these are in a world of their own. I own a small village in France, and have a personal chef make breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. After a brief visit stateside I happened upon this cozy little tile-laden boutique, and boy was I (and my personal chef!) in for a surprise. He is now making weekly trips to Athens, OH to fetch me a delicious combination of bread and beef. The sauces are unparalleled by any other food item created by man. Please spend your money here. I am definitely NOT the restaurant owner. There is no way I own one of these. I should because I’m so rich! But I don’t.
Taco John’s > Taco Bell. Blows Taco Bell out of the water. Employees always nice and didn’t act like it was a burden to take your order like so many other fast food places.
Taco John’s rules. I love this place. They have great tacos and potatoes.
Worth the 5 1/2 hr drive from DC!
