We ordered wings for our Super Bowl party. We received a flyer that offered a discount for ordering early. There was no date on the flyer, so we assumed it applied to the day of the Super Bowl. They did not honor the discount because they said it was for the previous day….very disappointed.
Service is terrible. I just spent 25 minutes ordering online and paying with a card. Shortly after I placed my order (Saturday at 12:30 am), they called me and told me that they were closed, and my payment would not be refunded for five days.Poor customer service. Overpriced to begin with, mediocre chicken wings.
Awful Service. Last year the service was great, was actually able to order food and get it delivered. However today I spent almost an hour trying to call them and when they actually did answer their phones the promptly hung up on me…I dont understand how they can keep a business running with staff like that.
Terrible Service. Great food, best wings I’ve ever had but I’ve had such terrible experience with their delivery service that I don’t order it anymore. Food has been cold multiple times and my order has been cancelled before and when I tried to call to ask why, nobody answered. I tried calling multiple times every minute for 15 minutes and still no answer. Not worth dealing with unless you get it in person
Great delivery food. Get it delivered. So worth it. The fries cost a ton, but they are delish.
Honestly I’d say best delivery food in all of athens
