Poor and Unfriendly Service. Went to this pub many years ago. Each time i would go was late with not many customers. Beers were great and fresh cut fries are the best. My wife wanted an order of them two days before our son was born. Returned today and i think this is the first time we have run into the owner. Had to ask to order a beer, had to ask to order food, had to ask for the check. The entire time the man did not say one word. Very let down by a pub that at one time was fun and very cool. Most likely will never return.
Poor Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Poor service is a consistent staple of Close Quarters! The owner, Harry is the rudest of the rude. They have great wing sauces….but, it is ruined by wings smaller than your pinky finger. Brought to their attention, they lie and tell you it is the food service letting them down. BS!! You order them that way Harry! Who is kidding who? They just don’t appreciate their customers. Too many other choices in Avon Lake to keep coming back.
