After making 50+ visits to the Don Ramon of Westlake, that has become my gold standard for all Mexican restaurants. This placeboasts of a slightly better ambiance (with the outdoor seating and lots of families) and asks for about 10% more in price. The menu is almost identical to DR.This place remains crowded in the evenings, with lots of families making a trip here. It’s a lively place, but the service is painstakingly slow.
First time eating here and my overall experience was great. Free chips and salsa at the table was nice and the service was good. I went after 7pm so it wasn’t busy at all. I ordered 2 tacos thinking that it wasn’t going to be enough. Sure enough I couldn’t even finish the last one. I would defiantly go back again!
Much improved. Haven’t been here for several years but decided to give it a try. Much, much better food than we previously had and server was polite. Fajitas were very good. Only gave us 2 tortillas but that was all we needd. Chimichanga was also good. Beef had a nice flavor and veggies were fresh. Will probably come back.
Great Food/fun place. Great Food,great prices,fun place.
Hay Carumba!. This place went from bad to worse. Service was painfully slow on the 2 visits we made. The first time the food was average and the second time we never got to eat because they were so slow and the whole restaurant smelled of commercial citrus cleaner. There is now a great mexiacan restaurant near the old theatre in Avon Lake called Casita del Lago…well worth a visit!
