At Your Service. Scrumptious cakes, cookies, specialty items, brownies…..great little family business. Their cake decorator Heather, is truly gifted!!! Highly recommend.
Horrible customer service!!!. I have had the worse customer service from Raised & Glazed than I have had from any other establishment in many years. I ordered a cassata cake for an out-of-town baby shower and the morning that I was supposed to pick up the shop called and said that there was confusion with order and a new employee took my order. Explained that the cake was not ready but would be in a little bit. I understood and said that it wasn’t a problem even though the shower was out of town and this would set us back an hour. The shop then called back and said that the new employee also quoted me the wrong price and needed to charge me an additional fee! The manager was incredibly rude, unapologetic, and said that she would not absorb the cost of the cake. I have had one other dealing with Raised and Glazed and the person was also rude. Save yourself the frustration and get a cake from someplace else!
The best . . .. Great donuts. Whenever I buy donuts it’s here, no chain or grocery donuts for this connoisseur. I have to believe this is where Homer Simpson would buy his donuts if he lived in the area. I’m a salesman and whenever I have an early sales call I bring them a dozen from this shop, they never disappoint.
So good! Make sure to support this amazing local bakery. They are friendly, helpful and delicious.
Fantastic apple fritters. Went to the Taste of Bainbridge and had Raised & Glazed apple fritters…….They were delish. I’m hooked!
