Bar louie poor service. I called several time to save a table for a large party and no one answered their phones when I called days later they said they were all booked up and had no idea if I was asking for a lunch or dinner reservations. The man seemed as if he didn’t even check and didn’t want to deal with the phone call. Oh and what bar is not able to make a frozen drink? This one. Bartenders are also slow and uunfamiliar with many drinks requested. Save your money you getter service at mcdonalds

Surprisingly good food!. My girlfriend and I visited the Greene and sat down and ordered some food at Bar Louie. The food was great. We ordered Quesodilla’s and pretzel rolls. The food was fantastic…and I’m a big fan of fresh guacamole. Overall the food was great and the pricing was reasonable. I recommend!
Unimpressed. Have been a couple times and I can’t say I’d go back. I don’t find the food all that good so I’d rather so someplace where I know I can get a good meal without all the noise.
Dollar burgers!. The ONLY night worth going here is Tuesday nights for the dollar burgers. The burger are huge and you can add whatever you want to them (for a little extra). Usually I get a burger with cheddar, lettuce, onion straws, bacon, mayo, and barbeque sauce for about $2.50. Otherwise you’re looking at at least $10 for just a burger. Their good, but not that good.
Same old same old. Bar Louie tries to present itself as an upscale, ritzy place where all the cool young people hang out. If you care more about the image of a place than the food, drinks, or service, you might like Bar Louie. Personally, I didn’t find anything exciting about this place. The food was mediocre at best, the drinks were way overpriced, and the staff was just taking up space. The one potential bright spot – a burger special on Tuesday night – is negated by the fact that the burgers are overcooked and flavorless.
Lackluster. Kind of like every other bar food chain. Nothing fantastic about it, but it does have a cheap burger special on Tuesdays.Live music some nights, if you like eating where you can’t talk to your date…
