Great place for Business or quite intimate. I and other associates, have used Aimees organization numerous times. Not once has it failed to be a good experience. It is apparent that Aimee has trained her Management team and staff to be client focused and service driven. As a business person you do not need to be concerned with a Client meeting at her restaurant. As a personal patron the experience is relaxing, quite, personal, even intimate. Her facility always has the appearance of fresh and clean unlike too many Dining experiences now days who just let facility appearance be the last thought. An artistic plated entre can be so diminished by a mediocre dining facility. Lastly, her staff has consistently been courteous, attentive, yet gives space when in discussions. Again it is apparent that Aimee and her team have trained staff well in these finer points of Fine Dining.
My husband and I had our first experience here on valentines day. I would say that the food is magnificent and very tasty… But definitely over priced. Great place to eat if you feel like spending $200 for dinner for 2. I’d be just as happy going somewhere else and only spending under $100. Also the chairs were the most uncomfortable chairs ever. I had a massage earlier in the day and while sitting in those chairs for an hour my back was hurting so bad I couldn’t comfortably enjoy my $75 dinner. I’m glad the service was excellent so I could hurry and get out of the chair. You would think a place that takes in that kind of profit could afford more comfy seats. Overall experience satisfactory, but doubt we will go back.
We dine at Fleming’s about 4 times a year. We’d do it more often if the prices were affordable. Everything is always top-notch, especially the service. I can’t sing their praises enough. The steaks are phenomenal. We’ve eaten at the top steakhouses in America and are slightly embarrassed to say that this chain restaurant makes the best we’ve had. If I had to list something I didn’t like, it would be that the bar staff only know how to pour a glass of wine and make the drinks on the menu; they have no further knowledge of bartending.
Take a fully loaded wallet. Good food. Not great, but good. But when you’re shelling out big time, it needs to be special and great. God awful wine pricing, but they are very proud of their expansive list on iPad. Sides were better than steaks. I had a bone-in ribeye around Christmas that was pretty Ponderosa. Beer selection is ordinary – no great craft brews befitting a nice restaurant. Hard to justify for the $$$$.Btw, lose the Stella Artois, or Heineken, or whatever and get some legit, great craft beer offerings. Your demographic wants and will pay for the stuff. Wake up!
