Wow just hung up on me. I called to ask if they delivered a lady said no then hung up…I was going to just place a pick up order I guess im not allowed
Good food, last experience ruined it for us…. We have been going here for years and we know they continually change hands, but I’m not sure that we will go back after this last time. After we ate and tried to pay with a $30 gift card from a Christmas gift, they came back and said we couldn’t use it because they were different owners now. That is not our problem. It’s the same name, same gift certificate, same food and all. How are the customers supposed to know this!? We would not have ate there had we known that the $30 was going to go to waste. We were very disappointed that they refused to honor it for the sake of their customers. They even knew who the old owners were. It’s just poor customer service and we will be finding somewhere else to dine.

As close to real Chinese as you’re going to get. First thing you need to know is that the owner/chef of Tsao’s was a chef at one of Taiwan’s best luxury hotels. The stuff that you will find on the menu and on the buffet are pretty pedestrian dishes done extremely well, just because she is unable to sacrifice quality.The second thing you need to know is that they have a Chinese only menu written up on the white board. Ask the servers to translate for you or ask to see the photo menu they keep behind the counter. You won’t be sorry.
Not fancy decor but good food. If you are trying to find some real Chinese food, you can get it here… check out white board or ask staff.If you are looking for a pretty dining room, this isn’t it.. more your basic basic diner style dining room but the food is worth a visit if you are looking for something that is much more Chinese than nearly all other places in the Miami Valley.
Pretty good, but limited selection. This place was highly recommended by a friend who is local to it, so I finally joined him there for lunch recently. The food was all good, and I especially noticed how fresh and hot it was. However, due to the size of this ‘hole in the wall’ location, the buffet table is very small and limited to only perhaps a dozen or so items. What they do, they do well though, and their flavors are unique and unusual (for example, the sweet ‘n’ sour sauce is unlike any I’ve had elsewhere). It’s not my favorite Chinese locally, but I can see why it would be popular with the locals for the service, speed and value for a good, hot meal.
