Amazing Colt Burger, super creamy soft serve. Jean’s Dairy Belle, I think I’m in love. The burger you served me tonight was divine. It was as if you read a page out of my book of how a burger should only be made. You used a hearty bun that wouldn’t crumble under normal conditions. You used pickles, American Cheese and Mayo, the 3 essential condiments to compliment a good burger. You had a juicy tomato and lettuce and even bacon. And a big white onion (none of that crappy red onion stuff here!). Then you griddled that patty to a perfect sear on the outside. I could have wept it was so good. I literally didn’t want to share it with my 2 year old daughter, but she was persistent and I wanted to give her a taste at this tender young age of burger perfection. You could charge me double the price and I’d still come back to buy it, it was that good.Also of note were the fried cauliflower. I don’t think you make these in-house, but they are excellent and my kids ate them. Does this count as a vegetable serving? I don’t care. They also ate the ice cream that you had given them in the smallest ice cream cones I’ve ever seen, and it was adorable.Literally, you are the best diner food experience in a small shack that I have seen in miles. You deserve to have many prosperous decades as long as you promise to never change your burger recipe.
