Went there for lunch, it was awful. My friend ate a few bites of the rib tips and threw it out. I finished my stuffed sole but it wasn’t good.
Worth the drive to have real food made with flavor and love. They explain every item and challenge your taste buds! I had the 4 bone rib dinner and would make the 55 minute drive again just to try something new.
Awesome food!. We stopped in here last night and had a great meal! perfect fried chicken: crispy outside, moist & tender inside. loved the black beans n rice, corn bread muffins, and hoppin’ john. can’t wait to go back!! they are basically a takeout place. we didn’t call ahead because we didn’t know the name of the place, only location. we waited about 15-20 minutes while our food was made fresh. listened to some great swing music while chatting with the guy at the counter. clean, friendly, good value!
