Pleasant Surprise. We were in the area and looking for a place to eat dinner and took a chance on this place. What a pleasant surprise! Everything was so good and fresh. We will definitely be back (with a bottle of wine)!
Horrible service. I server for whole place – waited well over 40 min to get food. Others served around us. Pretty bad for average food

Pretty Good. I have only ordered take-out, so I can’t give an opinion on their in-restaurant service. First off, we have had the same 18ish year old boy who delivers our food and he is great, he is always 15-20 minutes sooner than the estimated time, polite, funny, remembers us etc, can’t praise him enough. We have moved from West Lafayette, IN, and I never thought it would be possible, but the Thai food there (Thai Essence) is the best I’ve had yet. We’ve tried several Thai restaurants in Cincinnati and can’t find better food that Thai Essence. The crab rangoon at Bangkok Terrace is the best thing I’ve had on the menu, I get it every time. The Pad See Ew is okay, good, but not great. We keep on going back for the phenomenal delivery service and great appetizers.

Good food. Slow service. The food here is good. Not the best Thai in Cincinnati but the best in the area, in my opinion. The service is friendly but slow so don’t go if you are in a hurry.
