I usually wind up wondering why I went to Bob Evans. But even I was surprised at how bad this one was. The omelette was still raw in the middle, toast was burned, fried eggs were broken and hard. Even the pancakes were tasteless and burned. I just need to remember: don’t go to Bob Evans. And especially, don’t go to this Bob Evans.
Food is good, nice clean updated restaurant. Terribly slow service. Waitresses were very friendly but they seem to be terribly understaffed.
Good Food, Good Service. We eat at the Pfeiffer RD Bob Evans a few time each week for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. Service is very good to excellent for the type restaurant, occasionally they get backed up on Sunday mornings but the wait for our food has not been too bad. Our food has always been cooked properly and has been very good and consistent. Greeters are generally very nice and even in busy times, wait has been reasonable. Restrooms and dining area are fairly well maintained and clean. We are about the same distance from our home to three BE restaurants and prefer this one.
Took them 45 minutes to get 1 meal to the table. Food was… Edible, but not worth the wait.

Blue Ash Bob Evans. Ordered a sausage sandwich and vegetable soup. The food was delivered promptly and my server, Colin, was pleasant and helpful.
Had cooked parsley in my meal and rotten parsley on top. If this was meant to be a garnish, It has certainly lost it’s point. Food was extra salty today as well.
