Unfortunate. We love this place and the food. Know many of the staff and most are great. My husband actually used to bar tend here. Unfortunately, we have stopped frequenting this bar as much as we used to because of one rude staff member. I have a history in the food industry and bartended for 10 years. We definitely take care of the staff when we go into logos. However, we will not even step into the place on a Monday night anymore (our favorite night) because the rudest bartender in the city works that night. Amanda serves that night and she is great, so that is the only saving grace. The bartender, on the other hand, is one of the worst people I’ve met. I really don’t know how she earns tips. It’s sad one person can ruin a really great place.

Poor Service. I met my daughter there for lunch today. We only have an hour lunch break so we sat down at the bar in hopes of getting faster service. All of the bartenders went out of their way to make sure NOT to make eye contact with any of the customers. It finally took me calling out to one of them after 15 minutes for them to even take our order. About 30 minutes in, I had to track someone down just to check on the status of our order. We literally waited over 40 minutes to get our food. In the meantime, we watched at least 3 tables or folks sitting at the bar finally give up and leave before they even received their food…..WE WON’T BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great Place. We been going to Logos for years. The food is great for the price,service to me anyway is great. Logos doesn’t pretend to be anything more than it is. A GREAT SPORTSBAR…..
Boo. Food is great SOMETIMES, guess it depends on who is cooking. Service is awful. Never seen more miserable employees. I wud rather go somewhere with HAPPY people. The 2 times I have been there the manager has argued with all employees with a packed house. Isn;t there an office.
Lousy. If you like flat draft beer, and very poor service then this place is the spot for you!
Why so bad reviews. Not sure why this place has such low numbers of people liking it. It is a sports BAR that serves food. They have great daily specials and the steak hoagie is second only to angilo’s and italianettes. If you are going to get a great steak then you better have your bar set low but like I said that is not the reason to go to a place like this.
